Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹50 cash handling fee. This fee is non‑refundable if the order is returned.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
  • Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
    • Metros: 1–4 days
    • Rest of India: 4–7 days
  • Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship pan‑India. Certain remote locations may have extended delivery timelines or limited service availability.

Order Tracking

  • An order ID and tracking link are shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup by the courier.

Reverse Pickup and Self‑Ship

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer’s pincode, self‑shipping to our return address may be required.
  • Eligible courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt, subject to policy verification and approval.

Packaging and Delivery Attempts

  • Orders are shipped in tamper‑evident packaging. Please do not accept parcels that appear tampered; refuse delivery and contact support immediately.
  • Couriers may attempt delivery up to two times. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to origin.

Address and Contact Accuracy

  • Please ensure the shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect details may lead to delays or additional charges.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • For delayed or missing shipments, contact support with the order ID. Courier investigations typically take 3–7 business days.
  • In case of product damage, record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed label, full opening, and product condition, and report within 24–48 hours of delivery.

COD Terms

  • COD availability may vary by pincode and order value. We may contact for confirmation or partial prepayment on high‑value COD orders.
  • Refusal of confirmed COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD eligibility.

International Shipping

  • Currently not available. If introduced, duties/taxes and cross‑border compliance terms will be updated here.
